All purchases made on this platform are final as we sell digital products (e-books). Once the product is delivered or accessed, no refund will be issued.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payment, failed transaction where amount is deducted but product not delivered, or verified technical issues preventing access.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable if the e-book has been successfully delivered or downloaded, change of mind, incorrect purchase, or lack of understanding of content.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof such as transaction ID or payment screenshot.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once the e-book is delivered or accessed. Cancellation is only possible before delivery in rare cases.
